In the midst of WCIT, four more companies were awarded the MSC Malaysia status.The compamies are VADS Contact Centre Services Sdn Bhd, Silverswitch Sdn Bhd,Global Payments Systems Asia-Pacific (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Asia Logistics Services Sdn Bhd.


In the midst of WCIT, four more companies were awarded the MSC Malaysia status.The compamies are VADS Contact Centre Services Sdn Bhd, Silverswitch Sdn Bhd,Global Payments Systems Asia-Pacific (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Asia Logistics Services Sdn Bhd.

1) VADS Contact Centre Services Sdn Bhd

 

VADS Contact Centre Services Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of VADS e Services Sdn Bhd, a local outsourcing provider. VADS Contact Centre will provide managed contact centre services which include contact in sourcing, outsourcing, training, consultancy, solutioning and other related customer relationship management services.

 

VADS targets the local market and also international market which includes the US, Asean, Middles East and Indochina region.

 

 

2) Silverswitch Sdn Bhd


Silverswitch Sdn Bhd is a local start-up shared services outsourcing (SSO) company principally involved in the provision of business process services for cashless payment transactions. Their primary client base is China, Europe and also the multinationals in Malaysia.

 

Among the activities are transaction processing, IT outsourcing, specifically in the area of technology infrastructure, business analytics and advisory as well as research, development and enhancement of software products, solutions or tools to support the activities mentioned.

 

 

3) Global Payments Systems Asia-Pacific (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

 

Global Payments is one of the world’s largest transaction processors and offers worldwide, world-class electronic transaction processing services through high speed, robust electronic information networks. These networks process billion of business and consumer payment card transactions anually for customers in the United States, Canada, Europe and Latin America.

 

Its Malaysian subsidiary will be serving its clients locally and in the APAC region from Malaysia.

 

4) Asia Logistics Services Sdn Bhd

 

Asia Logistics Services Sdn Bhd is a local start-up shared services outsourcing (SSO) company principally involved in the provision of business process services to the ocean freight industry. Asia Logistics is serving the Asia Pacific regions as well as multinationals in the country, in transaction processing, customer support and helpdesk as well as IT Outsourcing activities in the area of technology infrastructure.
