CYBERJAYA, 21 May 2008 – The Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) today announced an agreement with HP under which the company will set up a 60-acre campus in MSC Malaysia located in Cyberjaya, near
The campus will include a state-of-the-art next-generation data centre for HP’s outsourcing services business, a professional center for internal global support functions, and a call centre to support enterprise business customers. The investment is in addition to an internal HP IT global application development and support centre announced May 2007.
Construction of the data centre and two office centres is expected to begin later this year. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
